Appointments
We require a credit card to secure all reservations. You must notify our office during business hours at least 24 hours prior to your appointed time to reschedule in order to avoid being billed the full amount of your reserved service. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time in order to prepare for your treatment. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. During peak hours, pricing will be increased $10.

We do not recommend that you bring any valuable items with you to our spa. Lockers and/or totes may be provided for your personal belongings; however, we are not liable or responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.

Large Group Reservations
We require a credit card to secure all reservations. For groups or parties consisting of three or more guests, you must notify our office during business hours at least 5 business days (1 week) prior to your appointed time to reschedule in order to avoid being billed the full amount of your reserved service. Please arrive half an hour before your appointment time in order to prepare for your treatment. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Check-in Process
Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes (or earlier for large groups) prior to your appointment to ensure full service. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our concierge.

Late Arrivals
In the event of a late arrival, we will make an attempt to accommodate your needs. However, in consideration of other guests’ time and schedules, VLUXE Spa may not be able to extend your appointment. Late arrivals may very well limit the time of your treatment. Treatments are to begin and end as scheduled and full value of the service will be charged regardless of arrival time. In these situations, we are more than happy to serve you diligently for the remainder of your scheduled appointment.

Gift Cards
VLUXE Spa Gift Cards can be an amazing way to surprise that special someone! Our Signature Gift Cards are available in any amount and can be used toward all of our luxurious services and products as well as gratuities. The gift cards may be purchased online or in-store. They are transferable, but non-refundable. Unfortunately, VLUXE Spa cannot assume responsibility if lost or stolen. Promotional gift cards cannot be used toward products, but can be applied toward any service.

Returns/Refunds, Exchanges, and Spa Credit
VLUXE Spa has a strict no-refund policy for all products and services. Unopened products free of any evidence of tampering may be returned for spa credit with management approval. Under certain circumstances, clients may receive complimentary services if a treatment was reasonably unsatisfactory.
