Covid-19 Policies

At VLUXE Signature Spa, we take the safety of our guests and staff as our #1 priority. As part of our new policy based on the COVID-19 pandemic, we have added the following precautions:

  • All guests must wear a mask upon arrival to the spa (the mask can be removed during your service if you choose).

  • One person at a time in the elevator.

  • Once you arrive, your temperature will be taken. If it reads 100.4 degrees or higher, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

  • Our lobby and sanctuary are only open to guests receiving services.

  • Our boudoir is temporarily closed and our luxurious spa robes will only be available to guests receiving multiple services.

  • We are unable to serve our complimentary beverages and refreshments, however, we do have bottled water for your convenience.

  • Service rooms and linens have always been disinfected between guests, however, now we are allowing more time for a more thorough cleaning between guests.

  • Sitting areas, bathrooms, and the elevator are being disinfected between guests.

  • All spa staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival to the spa and throughout the day. Any staff member with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will be sent home. The staff are also required to inform their supervisor if they have any Covid-19 symptoms listed on the CDC website before their shift begins. They have also been informed to not report to work sick.

  • Spa staff are required to wear face masks at all times in the spa.

  • All spa staff have received certification in infectious disease control and how to properly sanitize their rooms, which includes but is not limited to; massage tables, countertops, and products.

Our hope is that these temporary measures can be phased out soon, but until then we are doing our part to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. We thank you for your loyalty and appreciate your trust in our procedures to keep you safe.
